Parimal - Here you go.

Looks like this padam describes a nAyikA who is married to the nAyaka, and not just his paramour.

pallavi
ellA arumaigaLum ellAp-perumaigaLum ellAm terinda duraik-kevaL bOdhanai sheidALO
pallArkku sakalamum bhAgiyamum tAn koDuttu paNbuDanE paNiviDai sheidu vaikkum lOlaraDi (ellA arumaigaLum…)

Who (evaL) [1] has instigated (bOdhanai seidALO) my lord (duraikku), who knows (terinda) everything (ellAm) about all (ellA) forms of greatness (arumaigaLum) and excellence/renown (perumaigaLum), (against me)? My dear (aDI) [2], he is the playful dallier (lOlar) who serves (paNiviDai seidu vakkum) courteously (paNbuDanE) by granting (tAn koDuttu) everything (sakalamum), including good fortune (bhAgiyamum), to many (pallArkku).

anupallavi
nalla kirIDam tarittamarasimhEndra nAthan aruLiya pratApa rAmarAjanukku (ellA arumaigaLum…)

(Who has instigated my lord) the heroic/brave (pratApa) rAmarAjan (rAmarAjanukku) who is blessed (aruLiya) by the King (nAthan) amarasimhEndran, who wears (taritta) a fine (nalla) crown (kirIDam) (against me)?

caraNam
kankaNam kaTTina nAL mudalAi iduvaraiyil kaDIndoru vArttai shonnad-ariyEnaDi
engE irundAlum avarai ninainduruga en talaiyil Ishan ezhudinAraDi (aDi azhuttinAr aDI)
en kaNavarukkiNai uNDO rAjAdhi rAjan edir koNDu vandu ninru kappamum kaTTi
punga mahA maNTapamum kaTTi vaikkum lOlaraDi puNNiyavAn ivar tAnaDi eNNinapaDi muDikkum (ellA arumaigaLum…)

From when (mudalAi) the marriage amulet (kankaNam) [3] was tied (kaTTina) (around our wrists), to this day (iduvaraiyil) I am not aware (ariyEnaDi) of his having uttered (sonnadu) even a single (oru) harsh (kaDindu) word (vArttai). The lord (ISan) wrote (ezhudinAraDi) [4] on my (en) forehead/head (talaiyil) that wherever (engE) I am located (irundAlum), I will have to think (ninaindu) of him (avarai) and glow in love/become tender with thoughts of love (uruga). Is there (uNDO) another who is equal (iNai) to my (en) husband (kaNavarukku)? He not only appears (ninru) before (edir koNDu) the mighty king of kings (rAjAdi rAjan) and pays (kaTTi) the tribute (kappam) due to his suzerain, but is also the dallier (lOlar) who built (kaTTi vaikkum) [5] the tall (punga) and big (mahA) hall (maNTapamum) as well. He indeed (ivar tAn) is a fortunate person (puNNiyavAn). (Who has instigated my lord) who accomplishes (muDikkum) exactly what he desires (eNNinapaDi) (against me)?

FOOTNOTES
[1] Who in English is gender-neutral, but evaL is clearly feminine
[2] The use of aDI indicates that the nAyikA is having a conversation with someone who is both her age, and is either her equal or her inferior in terms of social status
[3] kaNkaNam, typically is a yellow thread with a piece of turmeric in it – it is tied on the right hand of the groom, and the left hand of the bride before any of the wedding-related religious ceremonies are initiated
[4] The alternative sAhityam here is ISan aDi azhuttinAraDi – meaning, the Lord (ISan) pressed with force (aDi azhuttinAraDi)
[5] Pun on the use of kaTTi which can mean ‘pay’ or ‘build’ as well

Great job Ravi on the translation.

The singer, Subhashini_Parthasarathy sings that song very well. That intrigued me to check out her other songs in that CD and a few others as well. She sounds very good. ( esp. thathai mozhi, quite a unique beginning, construction wise for a kalyani )

Ravi, back to the song, I first thought the characterization 'eNNinapaDi muDikkum' is a double entendre that is common with this genre. But it can as well be just a straight characterization as well. It will be interesting to see a dancer's take on it with either interpretation.

Exactly why I translated it as 'accomplishes exactly what he desires' ;)
