This is the lyric given in Carnatica.net:

tuN^gataraN^ge gaN^ge jaya -sadAshivabrahmendra kIrtanam

rAgam: kuntaLavarALi tALam: Adi

pallavi

tuN^gataraN^ge gaN^ge jaya
tuN^gataraN^ge gaN^ge

anupallavi

kamalabhavANDakaraNDapavitre
bahuvidhabandhacchedalavitre

caraNam

dUrIk.rtajanapApasamUhe
pUritakacchapagucchagrAhe
paramahaMsaguru bhaNitacaritre
brahmaviShNushaMkaranutipAtre

I give my translation:
Glory to you oh Ganga, cascading from the mountains

You have sanctified the entire brahmAnDa with your drenching it
You smash all types of bondages to pieces

You dispel the accumulated sins of people
You went and filled the netherworld too (and thus liberated Sagara's sons' ashes)
Your glory has been described by the Paramahamsaguru
You have received by your glory the obeisance of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva

One clarification
Purita kacchapa guccha grahe
here kachhapa guchha grahe -- can it also mean abode to groups of tortoise?

kamalabhava=brahma+anDa=anDa so brahmAnDa

kacchapaguccha means a slush-land (where turtles stay) here netherworld.
That's my interpretation as it fits the story of Ganga :)

RSachi,
Re: the line 'kamalabhavANDa karaNDa pavitrE' -
As you said kamalabhavANDa is brahmANDa.
karaNDa - is a sort of basket - Can it mean 'kamaNDalu'?
(Please refer to 'karaNDa makuTa')

According to Vamana purANa, in the Vishnu's third step, Ganga is stated to have entered the kamaNDalu of brahma.
Can this refer to this episode?

Sir,
Honestly I don't know.

Kamandalu is different from a basket.
Also since brahmANDa has been used, perhaps karaNDa cannot be added to Brahma alone as a noun.

Again, I don't know.

I do know that Brahma poured the Ganga on Vishnu's raised foot in Trivikrama avatara (alternative story: she emanated from Vishnu's feet) and hence Ganga is also referred to as Vishnupadi.

Doesn't Sri Tyagaraja refer to kRshNa/rAma as 'sad gangA janakuDu' in the Arabhi pancaratnam, for this reason?
And in the viSvanAtha suprabhAtam, she is described as
murAri caraNacutam
tripurAri SirascAri
pApahAri punAtu mAm
