Hello!

Does anyone have any info on where this book may be procured, and the songs it includes?

Cheers,

There are 4 volumes with about 900 varNa notations total in Tamil script. Publisher is Rajalaksmi Trust, Coimbattur. The books should be available from music book stores.

If it is not too much of a hassle, may I request you to scan and send the contents page of the book to me?

Thanks and Regards,

I bought the books from The Karnatik Music Book Centre in Royapettah, Chennai. If they don't have the set you can try Rajalaksmi Arakkattalai in Coimbattor.

It is likely that the books are sold out and are out of print. You might try for Varnasagaram which ha notations in English. It is by T.K.Govinda Rao.

If you are referring to Tanavarna Tarangini, it has 4 volumes with a total of 1200 pages. Varnasagaram has 450 pages. The former is all in Tamil script and the latter is in English. Scanning any one of them is involves a lot of work.
