kANakkaN it was ns@mAnikkam vairam mudhal navaratnAbharaNamum tani. He revels in kalpanaswaram. Especially short Avartana swarams sparkle without losing their rAgam identity.

It is time to get greedy: pointers to his dhanyAsi, sAvEri, husEni, gowLai, vasanthA, lalithA, kEdAragowLai, surutti, hEmavathi welcome.

Fluid. That's one word that aptly fits his music. It just flows. What a sAdhakam he must have done & internalized that to make it appear so easy. That thOdi ns, one gets to listen such aesthetic things once in a blue moon; so they become precious.
