MY SEASON REVIEW PART II PUBLISHED IN SRUTI MAGAZINE- MARCH 2020

Delighted to inform that the second part of my season review has been published in Sruti magazine of March 2020. This review covers three groups of musicians.

1. Concerts at various venues – of seasoned artistes like Vijaya Siva, Abhishek Raghuram, Thrissur Brothers, Sandeep Narayan, Sid Sriram, etc.

2. Climbing up the ladder- Academy concerts of Kalyanapuram Aravind, Aishwarya Sankar and Aditya Prakash.

3. Young Brigade- upcoming musicians like Rahul Vellal, Kruti Bhatt, Spoorthi Rao, Srivatsan, Archana and Samanvi, R.K.Shravan, Vivek Muzhikulam, Revati Kumar.

Sivaramakrishnan also has written reviews of many vocal and instrumental concerts at various venues. Plenty of photos give visual delight. A collectors issue.

How many pages is your reviews in sruti. Is each artist covered like how you typically write here in rasikas or is it a case of combinining all artists with few critical elements mentioned.

I will surely buy this dec season your sruti magazine writeups.

It is review of each artiste separately in a para with photo also. But not as lengthy as we write in rasikas.org. It will be more structured. Request you to buy the Feb and March issues and give your feedback in rasikas.org so that others also will know.

C Rama - you have mentioned only vocalists and not Instrumentalists.
So you have not reviewed concerts by Say lalgudi siblings.

Forumite Sivaramakrishnan concentrated on the instrumental music review. Hence I did not do it.
