Can someone identify and let me know the raga and tala for this Kuldeep Pai masterpiece?

Raga is shivaranjani and sounds like t/Eka or rUpaka tAla.

Not a complete mistake: if you take a different reference point, a perspective shift (grihabheda), you can hear Sivaranjani instead of Revati. You make the shift unconsciously, and it is erroneous because Tambura shruti grounds you into the correct perspective. But you did hear Sivaranjani, I believe.
