Well sorry it was not HM,

but to sree mdr - manasu vishaya-natakurinji

, + my teenage daughter and her friends playing some rap song + my husband had the tv oon, we were all watching the 'ball' drop!
All i remember now is was just TOO MUCH NOISE!

I have been on a "Lalitha" trip in recent times ...I started the new year with MS renedition of Hiranmayeem Lakshmim where she commences with the Kanakadhaara stotram of Sri Adi Shankaracharya...and proceeds with the most divine renedition of Sri Muthuswami Dikshithar'S composition.
