Let me try:

One who enjoys (bhOgi) the company of his consorts (bhUmI dEvi and ramA/lakshmI), and good music (nAda) with a curved (bhOga) bed (Sayana - the curved lines of AdisESa's body that form vishNU's bed), the resplendent (vibhO) dark-hued (mEcaka) one at whose feet (padayuga) the father of the munIs (??? not sure what munIndratata means) offers prayers and service (sEvya)
