Meena has responded to the request for lyrics stating that it is a vAdirAja swAmi composition.\

I have listened to Sudha's rendation on hummaa.com and she has worded it differently and it is included as a purandaradara composition in her "Purandaradasa Kriti" Album.

Can somone help throwing light on this composition, whose composition is it - Puranadaradasa or Vadiraja Swami? Is the lyrics right as I have changed the original that Meena has submitted on forumhub after listening to the Sudha's song.

Think these need some proofreading as they're from a tamizh text source. The song is by vAdirAja, as you can notice the angkiDa(signature) "hayavadana" in the last line. The dESh version of this song is also endearing.

I think he was after the ones in Mohanakalyani?

I am still wondering how it was included in the "Purandaradasa Kriti" album of Sudha Raghunathan.
