Kunjamma, here goes:

pallavi:

He (avar) dances (ADuvAr) to the SorkaTTu that go (enru) tA tai and tat dhit tai

anupallavi:

As the consciousness (cittu) that has evolved (Agiya) into the primordial (Adi) and supreme (parAparam) power lifts (eDuttu) one (oru) leg (kAlai) and dances in pure bliss (Anandam koNDu) {to the SorkaTTu 'tA tai' and 'tat dhit tai'.}

caraNam 1

Both animate (cara) and inanimate (acaram) objects that inhabit the various worlds (aNDam) quake (naDunga) everywhere (engum), while the various heads (muDigal) that adorn the hood of the mighty serpent AdisEsha (AdisEDanAr) become compressed (nerunga) {as the Supreme Being dances forcefully to the SorkaTTu 'tA tai' and 'tAt dhit tai'}

caraNam 2

{As the Supreme Being dances forcefully to the SorkaTTu 'tA tai' and 'tat dhit tai'} his matted red (Sen) locks (SaDai) adorned (SUdiya) with the beautiful moon (tingaLai) sway (ADa), and, observing this, the sage (munivar) [1] who is the very embodiment of virtue (SIlam perugiya) [2] celebrates (koNDADa)

caraNam 3

The Lord (nAthan) of cidambaram (tillai) who is praised (pugazhum) by all the inhabitants of this world (pAr) and worshiped (paNindEttiya) by the composer (bAlakrishnan) is the one whose feet (pAdan) {dance to the SorkaTTu 'tA tai' and 'tat dhit tai'}.

FOOTNOTES

[1] I think the reference is to patannjali.
[2] SIlam perugiya - literally means 'from whom virtue flows' - or 'one in whom virtue has grown to great proportions'
