Need songs or song links with ragam and katpanasuram for the following ragams

1 Kapi
2 Hamir Kalyani
3 Malayamarutham
4 Aaberi
5 Dharbari Kaanada

What is "katpanasuram"? Kalpana swaram perhaps?

Karpana swaras = Kalpana swaras

People exaggerate the "r" sound in 'karpana'. As the 'r' is meant to be pronounced lightly, the next best transliteration of 'karpana' is 'katpana'. Though "suram" I can't explain.

i can recall only one person who used to refer to kalpana swarams as katpanaswarams... NISHANTH...

and now some NIRANJAN makes an innocent request... for which dear old VOCALIST provides the explanation... i wonder whats going on..hmmmm

"Picking on everything and everybody"? This is news to me. I sincerely did not know I "picked" on you or your compositions/renditions with such aggression. My humble apologies. Perhaps that is why I respectfully stay clear of the thread, even when I enjoy the compositions.

In regards to snide remarks, wiseaces etc., I just returned him the favour he bestowed upon me at the BB. You may defend him with "he had the "right" to dish them out", either in disagreement with a view of mine or perhaps because I did a "wrong-doing". Still, it would mean he believed in "2 wrongs make a right", yet as usual, his posts are condoned.
