Sri KNS informed me that they had selected eight artists and getting to know the presence of artist, aged 85, it was decided to honor him also. You tube video show the artists honored, for verification.

Once an appeal for funding is made,the responses are muted from our members.Inspite of demonstrating that 9 Tambura artists - one a very senior person 85 years has been rewarded along with 8 other Tambura artists.I appeal to forumites to join this cause a Rasikas-Carnatica Initiative.Sri Munirao has already communicated the account numbers of Carnatica where the funds should be contributed.

Carnatica Archival Center admin requesting all those members who had contributed to T.A.W.F. to send them by email the address details, who have already given the information to ignore this request, for the issuance of receipts. They will be issuing the receipts from 25th instant.

I did not reply to you earlier awaiting information from our our CAC-T.A.W.F. Team Leader, Sri KNS. Now the Bengaluru Sangeetha Utsav also is over. I am yet to hear from Sri KNS. He may have alternate plan and as soon as I get information, I will post it here.

Dear Kal and other forunites

Our team leader Sri KNS has informed that due to back to back music festivals-Chennai;Coimbatore;Bengaluru;Chennai, Sri KNS and Sri Ashok Kumar/Admin, CAC are extremely busy and could not plan CAC-T.A.W.F.-Bengaluru Sangeeth Utsav and also arrange issuance of receipts. KNS has assured that both will receive his attention, once they find time for this. Please understand and bear.

We know that the funds were received and used for the purpose meant for it.Carnatica is extremely busy in multi music festivals.The delay in issuance of receipts is understandable.

Muni rao: Admins actually do not have any extra contact information than what you actually have. You can use forum facility to email members directly . Ask them to ack the receipt of the receipt to you by email (by replying to the email they receive)

Of course, if you need help in this, please feel free to forward the receipts to me along with the member IIDs and I will email them
