VKR - I have no clue about marAThi at all. In the refrain (pallavi if you will), the composer appears to be longing for the feet of Lord rAma, the mere visualization of whom is sacred. The episode of ahalya SApa vimOcanam is described in the first caraNam, and of Sabari in the second. No clue about the last one.
