Some years ago, Sri Sri Sri Ravishankar had the same kind of a performance in Bengaluru. It was a CM concert and included vocalists, violinists, mrudangam, VIna and flute players, if I remember.

Even recently in Chennai He conducted an ensemble of nearly 5000 artists big and small who gave a cohesive rendition. The guiding force is always important in such ventures. Ego trips may tarnish even a concert with only 3 artists!!!
