I have heard since childhood, a different version , sung by many different people.

A. "dheeranu vayyaaradinda" is missing and does not fit into tAla as well

C.1. It is "sutane" instead of putrane as it rhymes with "duutane"

C.2. Bheemasenane, varakunti tanayane

C.3. Madhvaraayane, sarvagnya ShreShThane
Madhvamatava uddhaara maaDisida

This version is sung by almost everyone in the Bhajana Sampradaaya usually in PoorvikalyaNi, but also in other raagaas.

The word *Kannad* is not included in the sahitya.
By the way it is *kannada*
