I found the lyrics and the audio online of this beautiful bhajan. Is it in Yamuna Kalyani?

DEAR SIR,
It is afilm song written by Yoosafali Kecheri for the Malayalam movie "Dhwani". The lyrics seems to have some mistakes. I shall post the mianing shortly.

Fromwhat I can make out:
moksha kavaatam- gates of heaven
naaham jaane-I do not know
vishaada kale sakhaa thwameva- you are the friend at the time of sorrow
bhayaantha kaare prbhaa thawameva- you are the light during the fearful darkness
bhavaabdhi naukaa thwameva deva- Oh lord, you are the boat(to cross )in the ocean of samsaaram
bhaje bhavantham raamaabhiraamam- I pray to you, oh Lord Raama
dayaa sametha- you are ever compassionate
sukhaniketa-abode of happiness
aagamasaara- you are the essence of all the vedas
jitasamsaara- one who has conquered the samsaara
As PALLOORKAR wrote, there are some mistakes-I have tried correcting some.
PALLOORKAR will give the full corrected version I think.
