Here you go, with some corrections to the lyrics:

pallavi
sabhApatikku vEru deivam samAnamAgumA tillai

Will any other (vEru) god (deivam) become (AgumA) equal (samAnam) to Siva (sabhApatikku) in cidambaram (tillai) [1]?

anupallavi:
kRpAnidhi ivarai pOla kiDaikkumO inda bhUmi tannil

Will we see/get (kiDaikkumO) another repository of compassion (kRpAnidhi) like (pOla) him (ivarai) in (tannil) this (inda) world/earth (bhUmi)?

caraNam:
oru daram Siva cidambaram enRu sonnAl pOdumE
paragati peRa vERu puNNiyam paNNa vENDumA
ariya pulayar mUvar pAdam ADaindAr enRu purANam
aRindu solla kETTOm gOpAlakRshNan pADum

It is enough (pOdumE) to chant/cry out (enRu sonnAl) the phrase ‘Siva cidambaram’ even once (oru daram). If one does that, is there a need (vENDumA) to perform (paNNa) any other (vERu) virtuous deed (puNNiyam) to attain (peRa) salvation (paragati)? Have we not heard (kETTOm) our sacred texts (purANam) tell (aRindu solla) the stories of the three (mUvar) [2] unique (ariya) men from the lowest of castes (pulaiyar) [3] who attained (aDaindAr enRu) the feet (pAdam) (of Siva by following this dictum)? (Is there another god who is equal to that Siva) who is praised (pADum) by the composer, gOpAlakRshnan [4]?

FOOTNOTES
[1] cidambaram is the kanaka sabhA, or simply the sabhA, and hence the presiding deity of this temple is referred to as sabhApati or tillai sabhApati
[2] the three men referred to are nandanAr, peTRAn sAmban, and tillai vETTiyan
[3] pulaiyar – not pulavar as some incorrectly sing
[4] the mudra of the composer, Gopalakrishna Bharati
