ArAr AsaippadAr - who is the composer?

Hello all,

I always thought that 'ArAr AsaippadAr' was a composition of Ramalinga Swamigal. But, a couple of days back I bought Sanjay Subrahmanyan's commercial CD 'Tamizh Moovar', in which this song is featured, but mentions the composer as Muttu Thandavar. I heard the song also, which is the same. Can someone clarify please?

It is by Muttu Tandavar.
