Marathy Songs

Dear Rasikas:

I have been looking high and low for a Marathy song, Valhav re Nakhva, tuned by hrudayanath mangeshkar and sung by Latha Mangeshkar. I have a heard it sung by a friend, but never the original? If anybody has it or knows where I can get it, would they kindly share the info or audio? Thank you,

RShankar,

You can click the 'email' image at the end of the post to send an email to that particular poster. You wont be able to get the email address, but the email will be sent only to the poster who will reply back to your email address directly.

Talking of marathi songs-there used to be this lovely piece-sung in choir (would come on Doordarshan during the 1980s)-'Udhalitha shatha kiraNa'-any info on it? Never heard it much thereafter.
