In this composition, vibhhIshaNa is wondering why, even after knowing that he was from the enemy's camp, rAma had accepted his request for SaraNAgati. Another tough one. Arasi/Rajani and others can fix errors if any!

In the pallavi, he wonders: "Did I hear that correctly? Has Sri rAma (raghunAyakar - the king of the raghus) asked me, moi, (ennaiyum) to come (vara SonnArO) to his side? Is he not aware (uNarArO) that I (ennaiyum) too belong to the clan of demons (rAkshasan)?"

Did he consider (eNNinArO) me part of the fraud/deceit (vanjam ena) perpetrated by rAvaNa, or does he regard me as the poison (nanjam ena) that Siva (SivanAr) swallowed (uNDa)? Or does he think that I am an insignificantly (emmAtiram) small (konjam enna) being who poses no threat to him?"

Therefore (AgaiyinAlE), I am absolutely (nilavaramAi) without (illai) doubt (sandEham) that my (endan) life (piraviyum - birth) will be extinguished (tIrum) and the demons (arrakarukku) will meet their end (antam) and attain (SErum) salvation (muktiyum) at the hands of the scorching (tErum) Sun (sUriyan) that will rise (vandiDumE - will come) in lankA (lankayilE)."

"Without even considering (eNNAmal) my (nAn) excellent counsel (Sonna vicAram) to return (viDenru eNNi) the divine mother (tAyai), my brother rAvaNa behaved very perversely (oTTAram paNNinAnE) and banished me from his kingdom - now, I consider this (idu) as a gift (upakAram) he (avan) has given (Seida) me (enakku), because of which (AdanAl) I have now (innEram) met/feasted my eyes upon (kaNDen) this (inda) embodiment of virtue (puNNiyanai). Hearing you accept my request for shelter, my tears (kaNNIr) flow (perugudE) unchecked, like a river (ArAi), my Lord (sAmi)! Hearing your words has made happiness (inbam) come (varugudE) to my hapless and sad (Sork-koNDa) ears (kAdil), my body (uDambum) and soul (nenjum) are melting (urugudE0 like (pOlE) butter (vaNNai), and the hairs (mayir) on my skin (mEni) are standing up-on-end (kucciTTu - stiff, like sticks) giving me (tarugudE) goose-bumps (pulAkam)."

A few corrections:
P: enRu unnArO?=enRru ninaittArO? unnudal=ninaittal (see the similarity in meaning in telugu)
AP: pAvi tannuDanE piRandu chaNDALanAgi viTTa (is how I have heard it).
niNaRu??
C2: the sun refers to surya kula rAman
C3: SOr (SOrvu) koNDa kAdu (tired ears)
oTTAram paNNudal=to be adamant, persistent
