Thanks a lot sir. But i think some lyrics from Vande Mataram song have got mixed up in the last line of the song.
Also i remember Smt Sowmya singing the word shivashAyucciyama as Shiva Saarojan and first word in charanam should be Shivan and not Shiva.

In charanam line 3, i think tavamevum is jagamevum (actually i had written some of the lyrics from the sangeethapriya upload of the song) but it was not clear.

Pl excuse if am wrong.

You are right about the last line. It does not belong to this song. I have edited my post.
The rest of the words are as found in Nandanar Charitra Kirtanaigal. vol 2, by Dr.S.Ramanathan (1972) page 178.
