Meaning for Janaki Ramana Dasharatha Nandana

Can anyone please share the meaning for this small padam Janaki Ramana Dashartha Nandana, Sarvarisha (I think) Vadana. I do not know the composer---it is by some Swamiji. I would appreciate it a lot. It is in Raga Kapi.
