Slokam in Hamsanandi followed by laalisidalu magana devara namam
Conclusion was with four slokas in Ranjini, Mohana, Bhageshri and Madhyamavathi(mangalam)

The concert was a private concert arranged in home(wilson garden). The number of audience was quite good.
Best pick of the day(my personal) was aahiri which was rendered with great emotion. Mysore Nagaraj played very well(more than obvious :)). The thani aavarthane was extremely good with lot of work in trishra and khanda nade. Appropriate ghumukkis during appropriate places of the rendition was highly enjoyable. The concert was presided by Sri Prince Rama Verma.

Missed the concert, the Prince and the wonderful hospitality of the Prakash family too as I was in Chennai. Happy to note that it was a lovely evening. :)

No miss on my part :) . Concert was very good. For me 'ratna kanjuka dharini' was the take of the day. Beautiful krithi , which I haven't heard before. Sarasangi was also brilliant.

Nice to read about this concert! Sri. Shankar's music is always enjoyable.

I hope someone could comment on the mRdanga support from N Vasudeva.
