Context of the song (this song is in Samskrutam not in Telugu): Annamayya becomes a nayika and sings asking "Is this fair, are you supposed to be doing this to me" this:
The gist of the song is a nayika asking Lord Venkatesvara is it fair for you to be wooing me with your beauty like this? I am an innocent simple minded woman. You are very clever and your beauty is mesmerizing me so much. The keertana goes on to describe how Annamayya in the form of Nayika asking the Lord to get rid of the nayika's troubles.
Very beautifully sung by Balamurali Krishna garu in raga Shanmukhapriya.
