I request help in looking for suitable Annamacharya compositions for dance choreography (Bharatanatyam).

Sumati,

How old will the performer be? You can use 'palukutenela talli', 'alarulu kuriyaga' etc. for an older performer. The concepts in these compositions may be difficult for a young (teen aged or younger) dancer to communicate - for them, a lighter one like 'jO acutAnanda jO jO mukundA', or the daSAvatAram song 'dOlAyam', or 'muddugAre yaSOdA' would work.

Hello Shankarji

Thanks! Its for children ranging from 8 yrs to 14 yrs here in NJ. My daughter did learn to dance to Sriman Narayana in India. The renditions that I have are mostly by the great MSS Amma. Have to look for dance-specific renditions.
