The count is 5 (not four as you mentioned) stanzas. One is a struggle, two Herculean, and I don't know about tackiling 5 of them. Anyway here is a feeble attempt.
There are 18 categories of siddars. All the siddar songs are in Thamizh although these siddars originated in various parts of India. The song in question belongs in the class "pAmbATTi siddar pADal". It is very difficult to get the meanings of these siddar songs unless you are a scholar in philosophy and religion. There is a superficial meaning and there is an in-depth meaning. Let me see what I can do. It will be a poor attempt and so be forewarned.
1. nAdar muDi = Shiva's head; mElirukkum = adorning; nAgappAmbE = Oh, cobra; naccuppai = the poison bag (the pouch and the fangs go together); vaittirukkum nalla pAmbE = you possess . pAdALattil = in the underworld; kuDipugum =taking shelter; paigoL = ?? pAmbE= cobra (again). This is just a description for the cobra, its location, and its features.
2. vaLai pugum pOdE talai vAgum pAmbE = when another little animal enters the hole( the shelter---puRRu in Thamizh-- of the cobra) it will immediately strike the little animal and that will be the end. It could also mean if you try to retrieve the cobra from his shelter it might strike you and you might die.
maNDalam iTTu uDal vaLai vaNNap pAmbE = Bend your body and dance in a circle (maNDalam means a circle here)
taLaikkanji = being bound by certain bondage
ninRiDum sattiyap pAmbE = obey the code
talai eDuttE nI viLaiyADu pAmbE = raise your hood and dance.
3, KuTramatra sivanukku kuNDalamAnAy = you became the earrings for the blemishless lord Shiva
KURum tirumAlukkuk kuDaiyAnay = you protected (in the form of an umbrella) tirumAl (Krishna here when he was taken across the Yamuna in a basket in pouring rain).
kaTraik kuzhal pArvathikkuk kangaNamAnAy = you became a wrist ornament (bangles ) for the goddess pArvati (who has immensely thick and beautiful locks of hair)
karavAmal uLam kaLittu ADu pAmbE = Dance with gay abandon (don't hold anything)
4. maNDalattait tAngum migha vallamai koNDAy = you posses the strength to hold the whole world on your head.
mAyanukkup paDukkaikku vaNNap pAyumAnAy = You are the couch for Vishnu to recline on (pai nAgap pAy---pAy here is bed)
kaNDa paDai naDungiDak kATciyum peTrAy = At your sight even a whole army trembles (pAmbenRAl paDaiyum naDungum is a proverb)
kaNNE seviyAgak koNDAy ADu pAmbE = your eyes serve as your ears, so keep dancing cobra! (the snake has no ears but there are couple of bones behind the eyes of the snake which perceive the sound that emanates outside; hence the snake has the moniker kaTcevi --kaN+sevi)
5. sandiranai sUriyanait tAvit tINDinAy = you gobbled the moon and the sun (the reference here is to the lunar and solar eclipses-- by rAhu and kEtu)
sankaranukku AparaNam tAnum AginAy = you became an ornament for Sankaran (Lord Shiva-- around his neck).
mandirattukku aDangiyE maNDalam iTTAy= you are bound by certain mandirams and coild yourself (the reference here is that the snake will go away without striking if certain mandirams are recited---maNDalam here means coiling---suruL in Thamizh)
vaLaindu vaLaindu ninRADu pAmbE = Dance with a gyrating motion.

A note on the philosophical interpretation of the "ADu pAmbE " song.
The reference to pAmbu here is supposed to represent the kuNDalini energy that is supposed to be in the body coiled up (like a coiled-up cobra). The appeal to the pAmbu to rise and dance is the appeal to awaken the energy of KuNDalini. For yOgis it is important to awaken the kuNDalini energy. I very much doubt ordinary mortals can indulge in that exercise.
