Ragam of the song !!

Hello everyone,

I came across this video on youtube, I wanted to know the raga in the beginning of the song for around 40 seconds and also the name and raga of the song that starts at 5:40[/b]

I think that the first part is hamsanadam and the song which starts at 5:40 is saramati, I'm not sure though, Can you please let me know your inputs and thoughts.

Hope I haven't done something unusual in this forum like posting something somewhere, I'm quite new to this place!!If I've done something like that I apologize.

The raga in the beginning is Saraswati and from 5:40 it is Saramati.

Also, it is quite alright to post questions like this on the forum!

I could not hear it properly.. it seems to be "ulahinil illa adhisayama aval, ange umai maranduralvadu avasiyama". Probably not exactly correct, so corrections welcome.

It did not make much sense at first since I thought it is about the wonder that the Goddess is but the abhinaya did not match that theme ( it was more ridicule than adbhutha ). That gave me the clue it is more a javali, then it fell into place... So it is basically 'Is she really that big a wonder, Is it necessary for you to forget the beloved and frolic with the other woman?" If that is what it is, then it matches the dance.

I couldn't hear the song which starts at 5:40 properly as well,actually I was quite confused.Now I got a confirmation from the person who posted this video that the song starting at 5:40 is a javali indeed.
