An awesome concert. the list goes like this:

3. Ranjani alapana with jalajanabha hari jaya jaya ..an Annamayya kriti ?
4. Malayamarutham alapana with krutha puri kshetra Kalpana Swaram

7. Nijamarmamulanu.. kriti
8. Kedaragoula as main ..detailed alapana. .thulasibilva.. Kalpana Swarams and thani

12. Bhajan

The concert started off well and they maintained the rakti through out. this is what is called a good concert. the concert gives what the audience want.. melody.. bhakti.. rakthi..lesson for the students..subject to think for proffessionals..a mix of tradition and the present trends. The brothers again proved to be the top artistes of the season.
Kalasagaram made a good choice here.

Special mention needs to be made about the pakka vadhyams.. All the three were 'pucca' pakka vadhyams.. Particularly, Nagai Sriram was excellent throughout the concert. Every note, every phrase the brothers sang was returned exactly.. Like the chief guest mentioned Nagai Sriram was "sweetness' himself. Some mami near me was saying, indha kutti paiyan violin sizela irundhundu, super..a..a vasikkaran ( being the size as the violin, this litle boy is playing so well..).. many times I noticed Seshachari was shaking hands with Sriram in appreciation..

So were DSR Murthy on mridangam & KV Gopalakrishnan on the kanjira.Tani was short and sweet..
Overall the concert was a pleasant experience, particularly due to the correct diction, Telugu kritis were properly rendered in chaste telugu ...
