Hello, not sure this is the best place to post this, my apologies if it is not.
I'm the son of Ramesh (Ramasubramanian) who most of you forumites know well from his many anecdotes and stories most recently including the Semmangudi saga. What some of you also may know is that my father is also a talented singer. This past weekend, my father, his wife (my mother Nirmala) and his sister (my athai, Rajalakshmi Shankar), performed as a trio at a NY area function honoring Papanasam Sivan and sang 'Parvathi Nayakane' in Shanmukhapriya. My Athai (who I believe had the distinction of learning this song directly from Sri DK Jayaraman) taught them this song.

Sorry if this is not the best place to post this, but I thought the Rasikas family would appreciate it though it is not a 'concert review' in any sense of the word!

Sorry, here's a picture of the trio (my mother is on the left, my athai in the center (or 'centre' depending on where you are!);

P.S. My father is the one on the right

Very neat rendering of PN-Shanmukhapriya.Cld appreciate DKJs bani in this rendering.
Maheshr,I understand that the last concert of Aditya was awesome and as the list suggests,few songs are rare,especially "Kadai kan noki", made into a good kutchery pattern.Good presentation / patantharam of kritis.
