In the varnam handling flatly R in thArasthAyi gave a nice listeming.When VVSM returned it was joy repeated.
The kriti rendition and svarams were superb in JAnakiramanA.
She sings in mandhrasthAyi more unlike other female artists.Good!That shows her differently from others.
The sub-main SarasAngi was built brick by brick with short and long phrases with very little and sufficient gamakams and sounded very good.She always ventures out of the safe cocoon and ready to experiment.Thats what I like about her;her innovation.
Main k.k.priya was sung stylishly in all departments R,N & S.
VVSM played an unique role and with his experience encouraged the vidushi by his playing to deliver her best.
AG & Bhagyalakshmi did good supporting and played a very good tani.
