Could some one identify the ragas in it, and looks like it is an incomplete one, or has anyone heard it before so that i can search for the complete version or similar ones.?

I will look out for some RTPs atleast to get some similar ones.
If some one can give a hint to search it will be helpfull, anyways i will search for something
