Ganesh - here you go, with some minor corrections to help with the pronunciation:
pallavi
eppOvaruvArO-endan kalitIra-eppOvaruvArO

When (eppO) will he come (varuvArO), so that my (endan) misery/poverty/worry (kali) is destoyed (tIra)?

anupallavi
ceppiyatillai cidambara dEvan (eppO...)

(When will he come), the Lord (dEan) of the city of tillai - cidambaram, who promised (ceppiya), so that my poverty is destroyed)?

caraNam 1
naRparuvam vandu nAthanaith tEDum
kaRpanaigaL muTRak kATSi tandAn (eppO...)

He did grant (tandAn) me darSan (kATSi) of himself – it was as if my imagination (kaRpanaigaL) of him, having searched (tEDum) for my Lord (nAthanai) ever since I have come of age (naRparuvam vandu) had finally come to fruition (muTRa). (When will he come…)

caraNam 2
aRpasukka vAzhvil Anandam koNDEn
poRpadattaik kANEn ponnambalavANan (eppO...)

I took (koNDEn) pleasure (Anandam) in this life (vAzhvil) where happiness (sukha) is ephemeral/rare (aRpa); now, I am not able to see (kANEn) the golden (poR) feet (padattai) of the lord of the golden (pon) hall (ambalavANan). (When will he come…)

caraNam 3
bAlakirushNan pOTRip paNindiDumISan
mElE kAdal koNDEn veLippaDakkANEn (eppO...)

I have fallen (koNDEn) in love (kAdal) with (mElE) [1] with the Lord (Isan) whom the composer, gopAlakRshNa bhArati (bAlakirushNan), praises (pOTRi) and worships (paNindiDum), but I do not see it (kANEn) become obvious/manifest (veLippaDa).

FOOTNOTE
[1] mElE is literally 'on top of' – tough to find a literal usage in English with respect to falling in love....

Some idle thoughts.

A generic view - kAdal is romantic/ardent love.

On the 'act of feeling, falling, in love' - my tuppence :

kAdal KoNDEn - 'fell in love' comes close although not literal.

mElE kAdal koNDEn - for(on) whom I feel/felt ardent love ? - a little awkward in construct but possible.
