It is that time again ! My vote is again for Trissur Ramachandran. However, it may be an instrumentalist's turn this year, in which case, my vote is for TV Gopalakrishnan or Trichy Sankaran, both of whom are mridangists. I repeat my suggestion that it is time for Music Academy to award one vocalist and one instrumentalist each year. Will it again fall on deaf ears ?

It's a nice tribute to a great man, a great ambassador, and to the entire school.

I don't think this is going to leave much room for argument, even on rasikas.org ...well, of course there will always be some room for argument on rasikas.org!!
