Good concert presented in an enjoyable way. Charukesi and Kalyani were dealt with in detail. The neraval and swaras were very well presented . The song ‘sri mathrubhutham’ was presented in a leisurely kalapramaanam.
The artist has an impressive and weighty voice she is able to present the alapanas krithis and other forms of manodharma with good maturity. The artist displayed her musical talent in an attractive way.
A concert should be a balanced and proportionate one. Shubha takes too much time for alapana rendition, After thani she found no time to render thukkadas. The impact will be more if she takes care in presenting the concert in a proportionate manner.overall a very good concert.
