kana kana - varALi - Adi - T (RN@kaminchi, T). Alapana for almost half the duration was in mandra sthayi. Swaras by RKSK and sAhityam by TMK. This varAli will be remembered for quite sometime. Beautiful.

Nicely said sankar about the varALi.It was soaked in bhakthi.The sahAna was also v.good and the reply by RKSRK was outstanding.

Not sure if this is the one Ranganayaki has in mind, but TMK's december season 2009 (with RKSK, MAE) has a wonderful RTP in varali (Chitsabhayil nadamadidum deivame in khanda triputa).
