His aalapanas ends abruptly in most of the phrases, which results in less sowkhyam
The violinist was good only in patches.
Mridangist played well throughout.

Nice to see a review of SP Ramh. I first heard him about 20 years ago (when he and Bombay Jayasree were the two young stars of the LGJ school). He showed such great promise then.

I am glad that he is still active on the concert circuit.

The same is true for CN Chandrasekhar. MSG's disciple I believe...

BTW, is the tillana in Brindavani? (Charanam line: Vinnor paNiyum madhava...)
