SATHYABODHI in Podhigai Channel August 15, 2012

As part of Independence day special program, my son, Sathya had an opportunity to present a concert titled "SATHYABODHI" with Sri. Paul Jacob on Bass Guitar, Sri Donan Murray on Lead Guitar, Sri. Sumesh Narayanan on Mrudhangam & Kanjeera, Sri. HArihara Subramanian on Ghatam & Morsing, Sri. Adyar D. Balasubramani on Nadaswaram and Smt. K. Lalitha on vocal. I watched the telecast on Sunday. It was very good. Kudos to all the artistes on their well-honed talents and the wonderful performance, and also to Podhigai for recognizing and featuring them all together in their channel.

Only during vandE mAtaram, I felt Sathya could have played a little more sparsely, like Balasubramani.
