Kalamandir Trust pays homage to its founder Sri. S. Viswanathan

Kalamandir Trust, an institution focussed on the promotion of classical music and dance is organizing a concert in memory of its founder Sri. S. Viswanathan on October 20th, 2012 at the Music Academy, Chennai.

The concert will feature “Sri Maatha” – a collection of Carnatic compositions on Devi, the primordial mother by renowned Carnatic Vocalist, Sanjay Subrahmanyan followed by “Krishna Bhakthi” – a portrayal in Mohiniattam of the love towards Lord Krishna in three dimensions by Dr. Neena Prasad, an accomplished classical dancer.
