LecDem titled “MRIDANGAM – A historic perspective – Its contribution to Classical music – Tani Avartanam (scope and development)” is scheduled at Naadainbam, Raagasudha Hall, Mylapore, Chennai on 18th May at 6.15 pm.
Vidwan KS Kalidas, a direct disciple of Maha Vidwan Palani Subramanya Pillai will be delivering the lecture. He will be assisted by his disciples Chi. L Subramanyan and Chi. Akshay Anand and Vocal support will be provided by Kum. Archana and Kum. Arati (both disciples of Sangeetha kalanidhi Vedavalli mami).
