Genius offers new Interpretation to Dance !
Experts reflecting ,coming up with analogies , interpretations on their subject is common.
Here is a rare case where a musician /composer the legendary Singer Dr.Balamurali Krishna giving a new interpretation to the term " Bharathanatyam ".
In one of his compositions " Na jaane tava dhyaanam vinaa" this genius offers a new interpretation to the much commonly used a definition of Bhava-Raga-Thala (Bha-ra-tha) for Bharathanatyam.
He says if it was Bhaava Raaga Thaala, then the dance form should have been termed "BhaaRaaThaanatyam".
Instead, he says :
"Bhakthi Rakthi Thanmayaththvam Ithi Bharatha Shabdhothpaththi "
