shishya: some corrections
C1:
gAraviNca = to show affection/ love
(gAramu = affection/ love)
gAraDaMbu = trick/ cunning
(gAraDi = trick)
C4:
caviyadurA = has not tasted
(cavi = to taste / know)
pAlarA = of milk
shIlarA = one who is pure/ chaste
nElarA = of earth
vyALamu = A snake
(vyALi = a female snake)
i guess the last phrase 'pAlarA shIlarA nElarA vyALarA' means:
'she is a female snake made of milk and earth and who is pure/ chaste'.
dont know if it makes any sense with the context.

shilara= she is of good character (its an appeal to the lord to take care of her while stating that she is deserving of his grace)
Ela = rule ( protect, take care of - usually used in the context of a woman being received by a man)
raavElara==why dont you come

Please come protect (her). (She) is deserving of (your grace). Why aren;t you coming right away to protect her?

here are the word to word meanings:
Pallavi:
dAnikE = herself
tagu = equal
jANarA = jANa= clever, cunning woman rA= this is how you adderss a man in a casual way.
actually jANa is a coquette ( in this contexT)
nIvu = you
dayayunca = daya= mercy unca= have
IvELa= today
rA = Oh man,
I think this should be nIvu dayayuncarA IvELa
It makes sense in the original form also. "With your grace, she is peerless".
Translation:Oh lad, she is the only one who is equal to herself; have mercy today.
A:
I think this should read mAnadhanuDaina to mean the one whose respect is his wealth
maha ghanuDaina means one who is very great. ghana is great. I am not sure if the original needs corrections but I am only trying to say that it is not meaningless without changing the words.
3:
virahabhAramunadi = viraha (separation)+ bhAramuna (in the weight) +adi? (that mainden but I am not sure if the context is right)
tagili = being struck
could be virahabhaaramu madi tagili?
migula = a lot (or it can be "you")
telipinadirA = has communicated
4:
vitaraNa = bounty
caviyadurA =?
could be vitaraNa cEyadurA (or sEyadurA) , meaning she wont try to overreach you.

chetana,
the original and divakar's corrections have mAna ghanuDaina. In Telugu, the usage is mAndhanuDu is frequently used as an adjective. Also, I am inclined to think that it should be mAna instead of mahA to rhyme with the starting of the pallavi.
on vitaraNa, vitaraNa cEyu dorA seems to be apt.

'mAlu' means 'spoiled', 'useless'. i guess 'mAlurA' does not fit the context.
