This was a wonderful concert ..

I miss the Amrutha of yore who the late Sri SVK of Nada Inbam encouraged and pushed. I still remember her Yadukulakamboji and poorvikalyani.
Attended this concert and came back with these thoughts.
Maybe she has moved on to a different style and I have not.
Season is on and tomorrow morning I plan to be at mylapore fine arts for G ravi kiran and also taste the fare at Meenambiga )

Great concert.

Todi was the piece de resistance and Thanigai valar in khanda chapu was excellently done. Particularly liked the way she used Saravanabhava liberally as an emphasis phrase through out the kriti,


@pperumal... Please request Yadukulakamboji from her. I am sure she will oblige and make it memorable.
