What could be a blissful heavenly experience more than merging with naadham. Lost myself by playing the Tambura in this outstanding concert by S.Aishwarya on the auspicious day of Vijayadashami.The Evening concert was a feast to the ears of rasikas.

The concert began with a fast paced Saraseeruhasanapriyae with swarams at Saraswathi. Next came a brilliant Bilahari followed by 'shree chamundeshwari palaya mam' . It was a soul stirring performance .

Kalyani Aalapana was the pick of the day and just brilliant. Her techniques and Rendition of the Raga Proved how confident she was and how clearly she understood the Raaga lakshana. Touching the upper panchamam with no strain shows the depth of practice Aishwarya has done. Her Neraval at Devim Shakti brought Balambika of Vaidhesswaran Kovil before our eyes and the kalpana swaram, her korvai and koraippu were a treat to listen. Bhajare Chitta was indeed the mark of the Evening.

When S.Aishwarya concluded with 'Mei Hari Charananaki' Meera Bhajan, in the lines ' Mero Piya' , the longing of love on Krishna by Meera was projected beautifully. Hats-off!

The hall was full and Sri Kallidaikurichi Sivakumar and Sri H Sivaramakrishnan were so supportive for the Artist. They were like the boat that helped the Music to sail throughout. Not to mention, Dr.Narmadha was a great support. Her violin sang along with Aishwarya.

Aishwarya concluded the concert at 7 30 pm sharp as per the scheduled time.
