Dear Mahesh - Parivadini had only done the webcast. The concert is organised by Semmangudi Srinivasa Iyer Golden Jubilee Foundation. It was a Sangita Kala Acharya V. Subrahmaniam Memorial Day Concert.

Folks, a sidebar question. I have often found the tonality of the violin jarring in the context of a good flute naada. Can you lead me to some tracks where the violin too sounds good, ie not jarring, while accompanying the flute?

Did you find the violin jarring in the recording? I was at the hall & felt the accompanists were uniformly good & rose tp the level of the main artiste.

No. It was good and I agree, the accompanists were very good. No complaints.
