Here are the meanings:

Pallavi:

varamulosagi = varamulu (boons) + osagi= give
brOcuTa = to bless
nIkarudA = nIku (to you) + aruda (is it rare (or difficult))
jagadAdhara = the one who is the basis for the who world

meaning: Oh base of the world, is it too rare (difficult) for you to give me boons and bless me

Anupallavi:
parama dayAkara = Oh! the one who is the epitome of kindness
suguNAbharaNa = Oh ! the one who is adorned with the best qualities
nE = I
kOrina = asked

meaning: Oh kind one, Oh one adorned by good qualities, when I ask

C: udara = stomach
pOSaNArthamai = in an effort to fill it
orula = others
manasu = heart
karaga = melt
balkinadi = whatever I said
oka = one
bhAratamaunE = will it be a mahabharata?

meaning: Will whatever I said in an effort to fill my stomach, become (an epic like ) a mahabharata?

tudaku = in the end
sukhamu = bliss
gAnaka = having not seen
nE = me
madini = in my mind
cintanonducu = being worried
vEmaru = thousand times
nItO = with you
balkidA = having talked
madana janaka = Oh father of manmatha
venkaTEsha = Oh venkatesha
manasu = heart
galigi uNTE = if you have

menaing; If you have the heart, when I was being worried by not finding bliss, and having spoken to you a thousand time, Oh father of manmatha, Oh Venkatesha (is it rare (difficult) for you to bless me with boons)

Divakar, I went with the text. I must admit that I did not think of alternatives for balkiDa because I though the meaning was apt. balkida = paluku (word) +iDa (give, share) to give the interpretation having appealed to you thousand times (countless times). If we were to change the last sentence to

madini cintanonducu vEmaru nItO balkina
madana janaka venkaTEsha manasu galigi uNDE

It would still keep themeaning. I do not have an opinion as to whether it should be balkiDa or balkina.
