What a blessing to see VidhwAn TNK still in action! If it is a thiruppAvai, it should have been "vangakkaDal kaDaindha", for TNK often plays "alarSara parithApam" too.

Any idea about the pallavi?

Ya, there was no violin support, and he didnt announce pallavi lines. TNK didn't drink water during the concert. just checked his age, it was 89
