Observations
------------------
1. Scintillating concert for close to 2.5 hours. Sikkil G. has the pulse of the audience and is able to command applause as if on cue.
2. Neraval on opening song got the concert to a brisk start
3. Main was a grand affair stretching to over an hour. Alapana itself got several round of applause both for the vocalist and the violinist.
4. The violinist heard usually with Jesudas and is as low key as they get, was found flamboyantly egging on the audience for applause
5. The ateeta eduppu was quite a challenge for the violinist who had a hard time reproducing it. Most of the time it was fudgy.
6. Gowrimanohari alap had a brief portion from the start of Paatum Naane Bhavamum Naane (after the throat clearing).
7. Post main, Vandanamu was sung is a mellow fashion
8. Jodhkauns seems like Jyothiswaroopini without panchamam,
9. Neyveli Venkatesh is like Vellore Ramabhadran on steroids. Nice comfortable sarva laghu with double the fingering.
