Lion Dr S Natarajan of Chennai Cultural Academy

It is with deep regret that I am informing that the founder secy and sabha chief patron of Chennai Cultural academy (once known as Nungambakkam Cultural academy) passed away on Nov,18th,2019. There is a obituary notice in The Hindu. Dr Natarajan did a lot for music dance and drama . That sabha CCA is functioning in RamaRao Hall- HabibullahRoad- many years back it functioned in Nadigar Sangam-Sankaradas Hall. All would certainly cherish the contributions that he did. Some time in 2000 to 2010 timeframe they even had the record to have the season start early and finish late spanning for even 50 days. He did all that is possible to encourage and give opportunities to a canvas of great fine arts practioners. Om Shanti to Dr S Natarajan. He was 78 when he passed away.
