Meaning of Kriti - Elagu Daya Vacchuno

Can someone provide a translation for the following kriti? I know only that it is in nindastuti (praise of god through teasing/censure) and is composed on Shiva-Nataraja. I have worked out the pallavi to mean "How will your compassion come to your devotees?"

In the third charana, I assume the one who is wrongly involved with the wife of his mentor is the moon in reference to the story where the Moon and Jupiter's wife have Mercury as an illegitimate child.
