Gundecha Brothers render Dikshithar Kriti in Hindusthani style

Kanniks Kannikeswaran uploaded a rendition of Sri Muthuswamy Dikshithar's Hamir Kalyani kriti "Parmimala Rangangatham Bhajeham" by the Gundecha brothers.

I recall listening to a radio programme several years ago in which Sri TR Subramaniam mentioned specifically that this Kriti lends itself well to rendering in Dhrupad style. He sang a few lines in Dhrupad style and demonstrated it. He also mentioned that the Hindola composition "Neerajakshi Kamakshi" can also be rendered similarly.

Glad I stumbled on this. Looks like this was in 2012. Wish the audio was better but still, worth listening to this.
